1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Heart of Texas Digital. By using our website and scheduling our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms help ensure we can provide the best possible results for your business while maintaining a great partnership.

2. Professional Services Offered

Heart of Texas Digital is a local digital growth partner focused on website design, making things easy to use, and helping you grow online. All project details, timelines, and costs will be clearly agreed upon before we start any work.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly defined within a personalized service agreement, Heart of Texas Digital retains ownership over proprietary component structures or raw code libraries developed prior to client partnership. Finished, bespoke projects fully transition into the client’s sole ownership precisely upon the final clearance of all invoice balances.

4. Revisions and The Texas Handshake Guarantee

Every project is covered by our Texas Handshake Guarantee. During the build phase, we include up to 5 design revisions and 15 content revisions. We build the site first, and you only pay the setup fee once you are 100% satisfied with the result. If you are not satisfied (within these revision limits), you may walk away and owe nothing.

Post-launch, every tier includes a monthly retainer that covers up to 25 content revisions per month. Extensive structural redesigns or major new feature additions requested after the initial build are subject to separate project-based billing.

5. Disclaimer

No software is infallible. Heart of Texas Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages manifesting from standard usage variations, third-party plugin downtime, or external web-platform modifications subsequent to final deployment.
